Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. I was a construction field superintendent for 19 years with a local Construction company before I became a Home Inspector. I also have renovated and currently own, and personally maintain several rental properties. I am no stranger to work.
