Q- How do I get a quote?
A- Send us a picture (or multiple, 1 for each device) to either our contact number, our contact email, or our facebook messenger chat, and we will get back to you within 1-2 days with an estimate of what we can pay you.

Q- What happens to my data on the device(s) you take?
A- We erase or destroy any personal information during the salvaging process. No worries.

Q- What happens after I get the quote?
A- We can work out a time for one of our workers to come and pick up the electronics, and pay you. We always come to you, but if necessary, we can also arrange meetings at local establishments.

Q- Will you fix my broken device(s)?
A- No, we do not do repairs.

Q- Can you recover my data on my broken device(s)?
A- No, we do not offer data recovery services.
