Join the Participant Plan Beta Testing Squad! 🐴📋

We are looking for a handful of facilities to participate in Beta Testing for Participant Plans! This feature is designed to help you create customized lesson or treatment plans over a multi-week period, track progress after sessions, document notes, and generate reports to better monitor outcomes over time.

As a beta tester, you’ll have early access to the feature and an opportunity to directly influence how it evolves. Your feedback helps us identify improvements, prioritize additional functionality, and ensure the feature works well in real-world program settings.

During the beta period (about 6 weeks), we’ll ask you to:

▪️ Join us for a 30 minute online training session
▪️ Use the feature with your Participants as you’re able
▪️ Share feedback through occasional quick email and phone check-ins
▪️ Complete a final feedback survey

We are looking for honest, practical feedback-what works well, what feels confusing, what’s missing, and what would make this truly valuable for your program. We deeply appreciate the time and thought all of our facilities invest in helping us improve!
