We recently helped a client who hired a decorator to redesign their living room. As part of the service, the designer provided TV mounting—but they treated it like a standard television. The beautiful Frame TV was up on the wall, but the fiber optic cable was visible, and the bulky One Connect box was left sitting under the console, creating an eyesore and defeating the entire purpose of the “art” look.

We started the day swapping out a TV for a loyal customer we first worked with nearly a decade ago. Then, it was off to Hamden for a fireplace TV mount!
When our Hamden customer ran into unexpected Xfinity issues, we didn't just pack up and leave. We acted as their personal technology concierge, dealing with the cable company to get a bad box swapped out so they could actually enjoy their new setup. 💯

Had a customer call us today after spending the last two months trying to get their new Sonos Era 100s to work. Smart home stuff can definitely be tricky sometimes! We headed out there this morning, and while the system fought us a little bit, we finally got it all sorted out. The speakers sound great, and the voice control is working perfectly now.
