🚨 Think a cracked screen is the only problem? Think again. 📱💔

This T-Mobile REVVL V came to me with a severely shattered screen. At first glance, it looked like a straightforward screen replacement. 🔧

After installing a brand-new screen, the phone powered on…

Then it got stuck in a boot loop. 🔄

A boot loop means the phone keeps restarting and never fully loads Android.

This is a reminder that not all damage is visible. A hard drop can damage the motherboard or other internal components, even when the only thing you see is a cracked screen.

💡 Here’s what every phone owner should know:

✅ A cracked screen isn’t always the only issue.

✅ Hard impacts can cause hidden internal damage.

✅ Some problems don’t show up until the repair process begins.

One thing I believe in at Dixon Technology is being honest with my customers. If a device has damage beyond the screen, I’ll tell you. I’d rather be transparent than make promises I can’t keep.
