Position: Sales Manager
Location: San Antonio/Texas / Potential for Remote Sales.

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in high-value product solutions ranging from $5,000 to $500,000+. This role is perfect for a seasoned sales professional who thrives on building relationships, solving complex client challenges, and closing substantial deals that make a real impact on our clients' businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual sales targets of $1-2M+
Identify, prospect, and qualify high-value opportunities through various channels including referrals, networking, and digital outreach
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and solution presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles typically lasting 0-9 months
Establishing online presence to include podcasts, social media, and email blitz to aimed towards relevant demographics
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions and proposals
Accurately forecast sales pipeline and maintain detailed CRM records
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to leadership team
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of proven success in high-ticket B2B sales ($50K+ average deal size)
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Experience with consultative selling and complex solution sales
Strong presentation and communication skills with executive-level clients
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years in enterprise or high-ticket sales environment
Industry experience in the technology or communications sector
Existing network of contacts in target market segments
Previous experience with channel partner relationships
Compensation Package
Base Salary: $30,000-40,000 annually (based on experience)
Commission Structure:
Estimated commission potential with average earnings of $30,000 - $105,000+ annually
5% commission on GP for all sales you procure.
Quarterly bonuses for meeting or exceeding the target
