STAR WARS: PIRATES OF THE OUTER RIM

This was by far one of the most fun projects I’ve worked on in the year 2026, and I’ve had this idea in my head for a while so I’m glad I was able to bring it to the light. I’m beyond happy with the poster, but I’m even more happy with the story synopsis I was able to craft FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF HONDO HIMSELF!!! The story picks up from after Order 66 and ties in either Star Wars Rebels.

Now the next order of business, we as a community need to rally together and get Jim Cummings - Voice Actor (the iconic voice of Hondo) to read that synopsis aloud. That would be LEGENDARY

“Ah, the Imperial era! A time of great opportunity, questionable business practices, and, naturally, tremendous profits! When the Empire took control of the galaxy, many foolish individuals chose to hide, surrender, or become respectable citizens. But not Hondo Ohnaka! No, I saw an opportunity. With my loyal crew of pirates by my side, I set out to build the greatest pirate empire the Outer Rim had ever seen. Smuggling, heists, stolen Imperial cargo, and the occasional kidnapping, business was booming! And with a captain as brilliant as myself, what could possibly go wrong?“

“Of course, success attracts jealousy, and the Empire has an unfortunate habit of interfering with perfectly good business arrangements. As our operations grow, so do the risks, and before long, my crew finds itself caught between Imperial forces, rival pirates, and the occasional disagreement over how best to divide MY considerable profits. Some call it betrayal. Others call it poor financial planning. I call it an unfortunate series of events! Friendships are tested, loyalties are questioned, and even my most trusted companions begin to wonder whether following Hondo Ohnaka is such a wonderful idea after all.“

Was Anakin Skywalker always destined to fall to the dark side, or could things have turned out differently if he had opened up to Padme about his fears? Time and time again I go back to the fact that Palpatine was able to get into Anakin’s head and pull him toward the darkness. He was always missing a person that he was truly honest with on the opposite end to pull him back the other way. A good old game of tug-o-war! Whether that’s Padme, Ahsoka, Obi-Wan, or all three I can’t help but wonder what might’ve been different…

Star Wars The Clone Wars Season 1 Episode 5: Rookies first aired on this day back in 2008 on Cartoon Network!

I still consider this to be a top 10 episode of the entire series. Certainly my favorite episode from Season 1. RIP Hevy, such a legend and never forgotten

STAR WARS: TALES OF THE CLONES

You know what I’d really like to see? A Tales of the Clones series, just in general. But more specifically I’d love to see an arc about a unit of Galactic Marines, we never got to see them in all their glory in The Clone Wars. So I designed a poster for this idea! I associate the Marines with a snowy environment given their role on Mygeeto in Revenge of the Sith. Rate the poster 1-10, would you want to see Tales of the Clones become a reality?

It’s a Darth Maul post, because I can rant about this character all day. But mostly because it’s Sam Witwer birthday today, so happy birthday!!

Given the opportunity to rant about Maul, I guess I will. Maul is one of the most complex characters and villains in the Star wars universe, and has sat comfortably within my top three characters for years now. Sam Witwer brought so many layers to his story since his return in The Clone Wars, throughout Star Wars Rebels, and now in his own series, Maul Shadow Lord. He’s my highest ranked character in Star Wars Battlefront 2 (MAKE BATTLEFRONT 3!!!) and I can’t wait to continue watching how this character evolves.

STAR WARS: MALGUS - ETERNAL EMPIRE

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve said DELIVER US THE OLD REPUBLIC ERA to the screen, but I return to you today to say it again! An era that’s beloved by Legends fans, and an era new to countless others. Let make it happen please!!! What stories would you want to be told from The Old Republic?

And Darth Malgus is a pretty cool Sith Lord. Tons of story to uncover, he’s an excellent villain in MMO too. Perhaps a movie/show introducing him is in order 👀

Revenge of the Sith was an elite movie of course, but what if we got a version of it in The Clone Wars animation style? Or I suppose the Maul Shadow Lord animation style since it’s more recent and grittier

I bet if Revenge of the Sith got re-released into theaters in animation it’d be a monumental success. Which scenes from the movie would look best in animation in your opinion?
