We are currently aware of a service issue affecting all the Washington Mo area, to include, Villa Ridge, Union, Beaufort, and Marthasville. The upstream provider is having issues, which we don’t believe to be a fiber cut but something different. We have a call in with them as of 12:15 this afternoon. They will be calling us back to confirm either an ETA of things being fixed, or when it’s been fixed. We will keep all platforms updated, once we are given an update from the upstream provider. We truly apologize for this inconvenience.

We have called the upstream provider back, and we still haven’t been able to receive an ETA of restoration. We apologize, but just as soon as we know something, all platforms will be updated. Just to advise, anyone who calls if you select Tech Support option, there is a message up, and will be updated once we have one to give. Thank you for your continued patience through this outage.
