Here's how our team uses Hints Assistant for the content production process:

Hints AI boosts our team's productivity and organization across different processes. In particular, we integrated it into our social media team's Telegram group chat to streamline content production management on our Notion board.

Here's how it works:
1) We connected our Notion board to Hints Assistant, set the custom hashtag ( ) for this integration
2) Then added Hints Assistant to our Telegram group chat
3) Now, by using the hashtag in our messages, we ask Hints Assistant to capture ideas straight to our Notion board!

When we use the hashtag, it acts as a custom trigger, and Hints sends it to our Notion database. Then, we describe the idea and add info for Notion properties such as content type (the social media platform where it should be posted) and person (the team member responsible for the task). An example of this integration is shown in the picture!

With just a few steps, Hints sends ideas from our Telegram chat to our shared Notion board and promptly sends us a confirmation message. This message ensures that we have the correct information and that our ideas are recorded.

That's how Hints Assistant has transformed the way we collaborate on content creation, so we no longer risk losing brilliant ideas or forgetting important details. 💎

🔹"I want you to become my Prompt Creator. Your goal is to help me craft the best possible prompt for my needs. The prompt will be used by you, ChatGPT. You will follow the following process: 1. Your first response will be to ask me what the prompt should be about. I will provide my answer, but we will need to improve it through continual iterations by going through the next steps. 2.
