Elated to share the team I helped mentor scored FIRST PLACE 🏆 (tied with another awesome team) at the Hackathon 2022! Their team consisted of Krupa Patel, Sofia Mbega, and Brittany Ejimole 🎉
Their project is an -powered mental health curriculum for youth that addresses the and its damaging effects on girls and non-binary youth in the United States. We stan digital therapeutics!
Their business plan seeks to partner with a leading VR company to create intentional corporate social responsibility programs and partnerships with schools to implement evidence-based public health strategies using AI and VR technology.
It took a dedicated and hardworking community to put together such a impactful event. So, to the organizers of Women in AI and Women in AI USA, Uvika Sharma, Ja'Nya Jenoch, Ph.D., Jenoch, Ph.D., Sanyukta Bhide, Susanna R., , Sunny Shuoyang Zhang, PhD, Srimonti Dutta, and Yonah Welker, thank you! To the judges as well as the guest speakers as well, including Renée Cummings, Jennifer Glenski, and Marylyn Harris. I wish I could have enjoyed more of the knowledge share and hopefully I’ll be in the participant’s chair next 2023 🎉
