The helipad on a hospital roof needs FAA notice too.
Surveyors, dirt crews, laborers, concrete crews and plumbers start it. Ironworkers set the steel and top it out with that helipad. Roofers and glaziers close it in. Med gas installers pipe oxygen, vacuum and medical air to the patient rooms. Electricians wire the backup power that keeps the operating rooms running in an outage.
