We use US Postal Service as our shipping agent. Please be aware that USPS does not deliver on holidays or weekends. Twisted Designs will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. All items will be shipped within 14 days of paymen

We will gladly accept an exchange of regular priced items for merchandise exchange or store credit only, no refunds. Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, no makeup stains, no tobacco odor and all tags should still be intact. It is your responsibility to get exchange items back to us in new condition. All items returned must have the tags on the item being returned. Please include a copy of your invoice with the returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued within 10 days to your email on file.
