Not every business needs to stay stuck inside a WordPress setup that no longer fits.

For Wellness by Nellie, the goal was not just a prettier website. It was moving from a cookie-cutter WordPress theme into a cleaner, more flexible platform built around the way the business actually works.

That means better service pages, a more professional client experience, easier management, stronger structure, and room to grow beyond the limits of a basic template.

At Logia Insights, our WordPress migration services are designed for businesses and organizations that are ready for something more reliable, more customizable, and easier to build on long term.

If your website feels slow, boxed in, hard to update, or dependent on too many plugins, it may be time to look at what comes next.

The codebase can’t speak for itself....but what if it could?

As companies grow, a lot of important technical decisions get buried inside the code. The product may work, customers may be using it, and revenue may be coming in, but the risks, shortcuts, dependencies, and hidden bottlenecks are often only visible to the people closest to the build.

That creates a gap between engineering, leadership, investors, and decision-makers.

At Logia, we are exploring how AI can help close that gap by reading through a codebase, identifying patterns, explaining technical tradeoffs in plain English, and helping teams understand what is really holding their systems together.

This is not about replacing developers. It is about making technical complexity easier to see, discuss, and act on.

Half the year is a good time to pause and ask a simple question: is your website still working the way your organization needs it to?

Over time, small things drift. Staff pages get outdated. Forms stop working correctly. Hours change. Donation or registration pages slow down. Links break. Security updates get pushed off.

The good news is that you do not always need a full redesign or a massive audit to catch the biggest issues. Sometimes, one focused afternoon is enough to test the parts of your website visitors rely on most.

In our latest Logia Insights article, we share a simple mid-year website health checklist covering mobile usability, forms, speed, listings, broken links, security basics, and the key fixes worth prioritizing before fall campaigns and event seasons pick up.

A few hours of honest clicking now can prevent a lot of frustration later.

A practical mid-year website health pass for small teams: test forms on mobile, review listings and hours, scan for broken links, and fix security basics in one afternoon.

Meta tags may be small, but they play a big role in how your website shows up online.

They help search engines understand what your page is about, influence how your content appears in search results, and can affect whether someone clicks on your website or scrolls past it.

From page titles and descriptions to social sharing previews, meta tags are one of those behind-the-scenes details that can make a real difference in your website’s visibility and professionalism.

In our latest Logia Insights article, we break down what meta tags are, why they matter, and why every business should care about getting them right.

A website launch is exciting, but what happens after the site goes live matters just as much as the build itself.

If only one developer, agency, or volunteer knows how everything works, the organization can quickly end up stuck. Staff need clear documentation, login instructions, publishing workflows, image guidelines, troubleshooting steps, and a simple understanding of what they can safely update themselves.

At Logia Insights, we believe a website should not feel like a mystery after launch. The goal is to give teams ownership, confidence, and a clear path forward so the site continues working long after the handoff.

Our latest article breaks down what good website handoff documentation should include and why it helps prevent confusion, delays, and unnecessary support requests.

Some of the biggest lessons in cybersecurity came from two of the most famous computer viruses in history: the Melissa Virus and the ILOVEYOU worm.

These attacks spread through something simple: trust. A familiar sender. A tempting subject line. An attachment that looked harmless.

Decades later, the technology has changed, but the core risk is still the same. Cybersecurity is not just about software, firewalls, or antivirus tools. It is also about awareness, habits, and understanding how attackers use human behavior to get in.

In our latest Logia Insights article, we look back at Melissa and ILOVEYOU, how they spread, the damage they caused, and why their lessons still matter for modern cybersecurity.

A lot of churches and nonprofits are stuck with websites that technically “work”, but every small update turns into a WordPress login, plugin issue, hosting question, or developer request.

We recently helped Unity of Fox Valley move from a cluttered WordPress setup to a custom platform their staff can actually manage.

In 14 days, they went from scattered program pages, buried giving links, hard-to-update events, and endless newsletter/media archives to a cleaner site with staff-managed events, structured ministries, year-based archives, clear navigation, accessibility tools, multilingual support, and publishing workflows that don’t require a developer for every routine change.

The real win was not just a new website. It was giving the team control over day-to-day updates so they can focus more on ministry and less on fighting the website.

I wrote up the full before-and-after here:

Unity of Fox Valley left plugin-heavy WordPress in two weeks for a platform staff can update without developer tickets. Read the before-and-after case study.

GTC. These past 2 months AI’s capabilities have skyrocketed. This will lead to a lot of issues particularly in the job market short term but also a lot to be excited for long term. Many passion projects that were once abandoned will get new life thanks to these advances. Overall excited for what comes next.
