I haven’t posted for a while here because of school. I made this pattern today and put in on a cup and bag in Procreate which was cool. I used 5X to help with making the pattern. With the blend modes I used Multiply for the tote bag to make it blend with the textures.

I have been busy this week with school and starting baseball. The end of last week (Sunday) there was a small fire right across the street from my house, the fire died down but there was a live wire on our side of the street. Luckily the fire department came and no one got hurt. Also this week was my second week of school. On Tuesday I started playing baseball again. I was supposed to have practice tonight but with the really bad air quality they postponed it till tomorrow afternoon. Like I said this week was a busy one. Hopefully next week will be a little better and I can start drawing more. Have a great weekend everyone and stay safe!

The reason I haven't been posting for a few days is that I was busy finishing my room. I got this desk from Ikea and I LOVE it because of how big it is. It may not look big in the photo but it is! ⁠I'm ready for "online" school to start. ⁠⠀

This is a different post than I normally make, but I thought I would show you the behind the scenes of our new house remodel. This is the BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER tour. We got closet organizers a few weeks ago and have been waiting to put them in because of the new floor. ⁠⠀

We used Closet Maid to store our clothes because it was inexpensive and looks good. The last 2 photos show my room now. Today we are getting a desk from Ikea so I start drawing again. ⁠⠀

For a few weeks I have been playing around with the brush studio and creating different brushes. This has to be my favorite brush I’ve created (so far). There is some backstory to this one. We are renovating our house that we bought when we moved to Washington, my parents have been painting the room upstairs and the kitchen is the next thing on their list. Since the kitchen is great they have to put cabinets and countertops in and make it bigger, so I made this marble brush because it reminds me of the countertops my mom wants!
