We are always trying to find ways to make repairs more affordable for our customers. Some of these ways require expensive tools to do more detailed repairs instead of replacing more that need is needed. How long have you had a hard drive running in your computer? A data recovery company ran a test with 25,000 hard drives and they found that 10% died after three years, and 20% died after four years.
