Brazil’s updated NR-1 regulation is changing how companies approach workplace safety and compliance 🇧🇷

With enforcement starting on May 26, 2026, employers are expected to move beyond informal processes and adopt structured approaches to identifying, managing, and documenting workplace risks — including psychosocial risks such as workload, harassment, and workplace conflict.

Harassment doesn’t stay in the office. It follows people into chats, messages, and calls. And most teams don’t see it coming. 🧨

Sometimes it starts small: a late-night message, a comment in a chat, a joke that lands wrong. ⚠️
Other times, it’s worse from the start: threats, intimate images, deepfakes.
