Okay, this one's quick but it matters more than people think.
There's a bad, a good, and a great way to show off your reviews and most sites are stuck at "good" when "great" takes five extra minutes.
Bad: no reviews anywhere on the site. Visitors just have to trust you.
Good: a testimonials page, buried three clicks deep in the menu.
Great: a review right on the homepage, above the fold- the first thing someone sees.
If people have to go hunting for proof you're good at what you do, most of them won't bother. They'll just leave.
