Hiring: Commission-Only Sales Hunter for CIS (Trades Only)

I'm Alex, founder of CIS — a phone system built exclusively for trade businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, roofing, construction). Before this, I managed telecom at ServiceTitan, so I've seen firsthand how much business trade companies lose to missed calls and bad phone systems.

Now I'm looking for someone to help me find and talk to the business owners who need this.

What you'd be doing: Calling trade business owners, asking how they currently handle their phones, and spotting the ones who are missing calls, overpaying, or frustrated with what they've got. When you find a fit, you book a demo — I run the demo and close the deal myself. You are NOT expected to sell or close anything.

What you'd earn: 15% recurring commission on every customer you bring in — for as long as they stay a customer. Bring in a $700/mo customer, you're earning $105/month, every month. Bring in 10, that's $1,050/month recurring. There's also a growth path up to 25-30% as you take on more of the sales process.

Who this is for:

Comfortable talking to people on the phone
Self-motivated, doesn't need hand-holding to make calls
Experience in or around the trades is a big plus (you already get how these owners think)
No tech background or degree required — I'll teach you the rest

Part-time or full-time, fully remote, commission-only to start with real recurring upside.
