Each structure is then inspected to ensure quality and is delivered on time! We are based out of Chestertown, MD and also have another manufacturing plant in Greenwood, DE. We are active members in good standing of National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA), National Utility Contractors Association Delmarva (NUCA), Delaware Contractors Association (DCA), Maryland Transportation Builders & Materials Association (MTBMA), and Maryland Highway Contractors Association (MHCA). It's a moment that reminds us great things are built with team effort, unity, and a commitment to excellence. The principles on which our nation was built - integrity, hard work, and craftsmanship are the foundation of the Gillespie Companies. At Gillespie Precast, Gillespie & Son and DCS, these traditions remind us of who we are and the legacy we are proud to carry forward.

As we raise the flag, we also honor the generations who came before us - George Edward Gillespie, Victor Gillespie, and Edward Gillespie, whose vision has guided the Gillespie Companies throughout our history. These values have been passed from one generation to the next and continue to shape every project we undertake.

Gillespie Precast’s Grand Opening in Asheboro, North Carolina was an incredible success.
On Friday, great food, friends, family, employees, partners, and community leaders came together to celebrate a milestone moment in the century-long history of our company. We are deeply grateful to everyone who attended and to those whose hard work and dedication made this event truly memorable.
We would especially like to thank Kenny Flowers, Chief Deputy Secretary of the North Carolina Department of Commerce; Darrell Frye, Chairman of the Randolph County Board of Commissioners; and Fred Smith, Chairman of the Randolph County Economic Development Corporation, for their meaningful remarks and support.
The welcome Gillespie Precast has received from the State of North Carolina and Randolph County has been overwhelming. We are humbled, encouraged, and excited for the many years of partnership ahead as we continue investing in and supporting our shared communities.
We are also grateful for the trusted industry partners who provide the products, expertise, and support that help us continue delivering superior precast solutions.
