About two years prior to the start of Ormolu, I had a different business idea that I decided to pursue. I started with content management systems such as Word Press, which definitely gave me something to present to my audience, but I really wasn't satisfied with its cookie-cutter appearance as it looked just like every other page on the web. I spent the next two years educating myself on the art of web design and programming, and found out pretty early in the process that I actually enjoyed doing it quite a bit. This is when my focus changed and the idea for starting a web development company was born. Remembering the lost feeling of confusion I was left with while trying to obtain a website for my own business, I was inspired with the idea to create the type of web development company I wish I had access to.
