I know there's a lot going on right now which I don't intend to minimize or ignore, but in the spirit of transparency and accountability I'm popping in to share a tiny bit of good. As you may remember, I pledged that for every copy of The Growth Journal sold in the month of December, I would donate $5 to 's COVID-19 Relief Fund. This ended up coming to a $150 donation! I know that's not a groundbreaking amount, but every little bit matters, right? THANK YOU to everyone who purchased a journal and helped make this happen!

The Growth Journal is a passion product I initially created for myself, but has been such a game changing experience for me that I want to make it available to others.

Helping to facilitate a simple practice of recognizing and taking pride in your progress, this fillable, year-long journal is designed to help celebrate wins and document personal and professional growth. Each week, record accomplishments, things you learned, and any other reflections, with pauses every three months for key reflections and takeaways.

It's been a while since I properly introduced myself, so hi! 👋🏻 I'm Rachel, the woman behind this one-woman show. I live in Chicago and I'm obsessed with helping business owners find clarity, confidence, and success through quality branding and design.

I have struggled to find the right words of my own, and still am. But I do know that I stand firmly against hate, racism, injustice, and inequality, and that we need to do better for our brothers and sisters of the human race. With a heart that's broken but full of empathy, I am listening, I am learning, and I am looking deep within myself to understand how I can be an ally for change.

This week has been filled with lots of wonderful work. Refining logo concepts for one client, kicking off the brand discovery and strategy phase for another, creating collateral and new brand executions for a third, and a few other fun projects sprinkled in. I'm incredibly grateful that I'm able to continue serving others during this time, and for this work that keeps me both busy and fulfilled...and sane, frankly.

I want you to know that no matter how you're feeling or handling things right now, I support you. If you've been motivated and productive to work and be creative, that's ok. If you're needing to just rest and take it slow, that's ok. And if you're somewhere in between or it changes by the day, that's ok too. There's no right or wrong way to go through this.

I also want you to know that if you do happen to be spending this time working on your business or taking steps towards making dreams and goals a reality, I'm available to help. I'm committed to supporting you in moving your business forward above all else, so I'm offering custom, flexible payment plans on my services, including deferred payments. A little something to know about working with me is that I'm super focused on creating an experience that's easy and reliable for you. One that's organized, efficient, and transparent. That's why whenever I kick off a project, I'll map out the entire thing in and invite you to join me right in there, giving you full visibility to the process every step of the way.
Each task will have ownership and a deadline assigned to it, along with the ability to chat back and forth and attach files. This means we stay on the same page and on track always. It means there's no searching through long (or fragmented) email chains to find what you're looking for. No wondering what's needed of you and when, what the heck I'm doing if you don't hear from me in a few days, or when things are happening. Ain't nobody got time for that. 😆
