Stop leading with the pitch slap! ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

A lot of outreach goes sideways before it even has a chance to land, not because the product is wrong, but because the conversation starts in the wrong place.

When someone is nervous, unprepared, or unsure of what the other person actually needs, they tend to fall back on the safest thing they know how to do. Talk about themselves.

But operators want something else entirely. They want to know if the supplier understands their reality and whether their intention is to solve a real problem or chase a commission check.

Good outreach doesn't feel like a presentation. It feels like intention.

Multifamily operators are under real pressure right now.
Insurance costs have surged. Rent growth has slowed.
The instinct to cut costs is understandable.

But data proves that cutting the wrong things costs more than keeping them.
