We've run thousands of test matches on freETarget lanes to get here, and the last few months went into the part that matters on match day: one screen, nothing to decode, every shot where it belongs.

Nexus Desktop is nearing release. Before it goes wide, we'd like a few freETarget clubs running it on real matches, on your range, with us on the line to set it up.

From the console at the line to the phone in the stands.

A r***e match is a long day in a small space. This month, Nexus grew to meet everyone in it: the match director on one screen at the line, the athlete getting "Your relay is starting" on their phone, the parent three states away watching each shot land. Sporter and Precision can now share one match, and Nexus keeps working when the range Wi-Fi doesn't.

Falken is excited to announce the Forbush Falcons R***e Camp 2027, hosted by Forbush High School JROTC!

📅 July 19–23, 2027
📍 Forbush High School · East Bend, NC
👥 Ages 10–19 · JROTC, 4-H, club, and school athletes
💵 $200 per athlete for the full week

Five days of three-position sporter air r***e training. Two dedicated tracks. Coaching that meets athletes where they are and helps them take the next step.

Our Basic Track builds safe, confident fundamentals. Our Advanced Track sharpens positions, match preparation, and the mental game. Both finish the week with a CMP-sanctioned 3×20 match.

Throughout camp, hands-on coaching and Falken Nexus shot analysis help athletes understand their performance—and what to work on next.

We’re making room for 36 athletes: 18 in each track.

Falken is proud to partner with Forbush High School JROTC to present 2026 Falcons Rife Camp, July 20-24 at Fobush High School in East Bend, NC.

And we're bringing in two of our favorite people on the firing line:

- Debi Weiser - NCAA R***e athlete at Jax State University, CMP Junior Distinguished Shooter, and the only 2x NC American Legion Champion in NC history - comes home to the triad to lead the line.

- Angus Babcock - former Jax State University collegiate shooter - on the line all week, coaching positions and refining technique shot by shot.

They'll be joined by an all-star cadre of retired military marksmanship instructors, delivering a 1-to-3 coach-to-athlete ratio every single day.

18 athletes. 18 lanes. Five days of championship training — positions, shot process, mental game — capped Friday with a CMP-sanctioned EIC match where athletes earn real points toward the Junior Distinguished Badge. For many of these kids, it's their very first official match.

Every shot, every journal entry, every milestone is captured on the Falken platform, so each athlete leaves camp with a permanent digital training record — and the first chapter of a much bigger story.

The next generation takes the line Monday. We can't wait to see what they do.
