You always hope you’ll never need it, but we’re definitely glad we had it. Last week our own security cameras helped catch a suspect in a first-degree hold-up. It just goes to show how important it is to have proper security measures (physical and virtual) in place. Thinking about upgrading your security but not sure what you need? The new MacOS, Ventura, is now available. Common issues we see with this type of updates include it not working on older computers, hard drive is too full, and the computer powered off while updating. iOS 16 is set to be released later today bringing new features to your iPhone including custom Lock Screens, overhauled notifications, undo button and editing for Messages, a new Home app, and more!

Before updating your phone, we recommend making a backup of your iPhone to iCloud or your Mac (If you back up to a Mac, be sure to encrypt the backup, or else it won't include saved passwords, Wi-Fi settings, browsing history, Health data, and call history.) To initiate an iCloud backup, go to Settings > Your Name > iCloud > iCloud Backup and tap Back Up Now.
