Job Description:

Day in the Life:
• Obtain work orders for contract, contract to hire and permanent placement of consultants and independent contractors using established sales methods.
• Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution and compliance on client deliverables and ensuring profitability expectations are met.
• Review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
• Ensure that client knowledge is transferred to appropriate teams/clients.
• Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
• The constant pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business. Continuing prospecting in order to become a highly successful business person.
• Provide regular two-way communication between the client and team to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
Skills and Experience:
• Minimum, 3-5 years of relevant US IT Staffing sales experience within the US Staffing Services industry
• Responsible to generate new business and new client acquisitions
• Must have existing relationship with Clients with good rapport
• Should have proven track record of Staffing sales
• Maintaining Client Database in ATS.
• Identifying and developing new business through networking, and courtesy and follow-up calls.
• Responsible for achieving targets and numbers
• Fixing appointment with clients and co ordinating with Onsite sales team
• Maintain CRM database including completion of sales reports and update sales contacts.
• Achieves assigned sales quota in designated partner accounts and drive channel partners to grow projected sales.
• Should have adequate knowledge in handling MSP
• Responsible for developing new business leads
• Strong sales and sales management skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
• Self-driven candidate with handling sales team experience
