Role Overview
This role is for someone who can understand accounting workflows and communicate clearly in Englishโthen learn how to implement those workflows in Accounting Seed within Salesforce.
You do not need prior Salesforce or Accounting Seed experience. We will train you. What you must bring is strong communication, solid accounting fundamentals, and the discipline to learn fast.
What Youโll Do
Join client calls (US clients) and capture requirements clearly in written English.
Understand common accounting processes (AR, AP, GL, approvals, periods, reporting) and translate them into system setup.
Support configuration and testing in Accounting Seed and Salesforce (guided by senior consultants).
Help with data preparation and imports using Excel/Google Sheets (mapping, cleaning, validation).
Create client-facing documentation: process notes, training guides, UAT steps, and support notes.
Assist with end-user training and go-live support.
What Weโre Looking For (Must-Have)
Strong English communication (spoken + written). Youโll be writing requirements and speaking with US stakeholders.
Moderate accounting knowledge: debits/credits, journal entries, AR/AP basics, and how financial statements connect.
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data (Excel/Google Sheets).
Professional mindset: ownership, follow-through, and the ability to explain complex things simply.
Education & Experience
Bachelorโs degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Management/IT (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience level: 3+ years preferred
Good to Have
Any exposure to ERP/accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Experience documenting processes, training users, or working in a client-facing role.
Basic familiarity with CRM concepts.
Learning & Growth
Hands-on training on Salesforce and Accounting Seed as part of real client projects.
Mentorship from senior consultants and a clear growth path toward functional consulting specialization.
Experience working on enterprise-grade systems and delivery standards that are not common in the local market.
