This is my first post so I'm using it to give a little depth to Odysseus Network as an entity.
First, and foremost; Odysseus Network is not, by any traditional means, an entity that provides goods or services. No money is made, here, unless personal donations are generously provided.
Odysseus Network is simply my "brand" as an IT professional. Odysseus Network, or odysseusnetwork.com rather, serves as my webserver, primary domain, and secondary domain for my subdomains from which I access my servers. If you're an IT pro, you will likely understand what that means. I am using all that I know about the web, networking, physical servers & virtual hosts, and a plethora of experience in IT to tinker and learn the ways of the industry I am very fond of.
Do I provide services? Sure. Friends & Family have benefited from my experience. I can develop traditional websites that provide a base informational browsing experience. I can provide networking tips & advice from residential to commercial setups .. that is, after all, what I do for a living as a Network Engineer. I can host storage & media servers. I can build PCs and provide desktop support. There are many things I can do and I'm honest about the things that I can't do .. right now. Give me 24-48 hours to research and I bet I'll find the confidence to accomplish it.
There are other things I'm kind of good at. I can build things .. with wood, nails, and a really good hammer .. and glue, screws, duct tape, etc. I'm a bit of a procrastinator in those areas, though. Something I can work on, I suppose.
