In the last few months we have been pumping out updates and changes to reflect all the requests we get from all our users. One of those changes is related to groups and packages of parts, so we put together a video on how it works. Latest feature added this week, QR codes and scanning. We can now print a QR code for any job, stick that label onto a wire tag. and use a phones camera or QR code scanner to instantly bring you into that job. Additionally, we added functionality to automatically move jobs from zone to zone with the scanner if you are doing any KanBan tracking on the jobs page. Check it out! it will absolutely help machine shops or people who have a lot of parts lying around and want a clean way of tracking that work.

Godaddy and/or google are having DNS issues which prevent some people from reaching our site. Our servers are not effect and are up and running.

If you can’t reach our website, you can do one of two things: connect directly to our servers IP address (message or call us and I’ll give the IP address to you). Doing it this way is not SSL protected though.

Or you can flush your DNS records which will then allow it to reach a good working server that directs you to the site. Doing this is more complicated, but works better because it’s still SSL protected. I’ll post the instructions shortly.

Also, you can just keep checking and eventually the working DNS sites will propagate to everyone again. I just don’t know how long that will take.

Check out our latest feature! integration with Jotform allows you to customize a form for the work you do at your shop and embed it directly into your website for your customers to fill out. Once the form is completed, the data is instantly passed into your MSA system as an estimate, with the customers info already populated.
