My Shop Assist is online productivity software for small to medium sized automotive shops. Its goal is to bring the front desk to the mechanics where he/she can quickly and easily add parts, finish tasks, add tasks, or complete jobs at the touch of a button. Never again will they have to go to the office and ask the manager what to do next. Customers will no longer need to call in to see progress.

They can log into the website to see what work has been completed in real time as the mechanics work on their car, including pictures the shop takes. Customers will also be able to view parts used and tasks still waiting to be completed. Shops can increase productivity as well as profitability by reducing the number of "giveaways" (unbilled parts), ensure all tasks for a job are accounted for in one place, and ensure all those tasks are completed before a customer comes to receive the car.
