Customer Service Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will communicate through phone, email, chat, or in-person, handling inquiries, complaints, and product/service questions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• A positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Bilingual abilities.
