👋 Welcome to the official SplatLabs Community! We are thrilled to have you here.

To kick things off, we’re sharing our brand-new demo reel. SplatLabs is built to take your 3D spatial data to the next level, turning raw scans into collaborative, actionable, and presentable projects.

Check out the video to see how you can transform your workflow with features like:

📁 Project Organization & Sharing: Securely manage, embed, and host your 3D environments.

📏 Actionable Data: Take precise measurements, pin notes/videos, and connect directly to external management tools.

🎥 Advanced Presentation: Build cinematic flythroughs, guided walkthroughs, and connect different splats together with portals.

⏳ 4D Progress Tracking: Compare your job sites over time with our timeline feature.

🤖 AI Integration: Generate 2D floorplans instantly or virtually stage empty spaces with AI.

⚙️ Ultimate Control: Adjust splat render quality, field of view, and camera settings on the fly.

We built this tool for you, and we want to hear your thoughts!

Shibuya Crossing in Tokyo is the busiest intersection in the world — thousands of people cross here every few minutes.

So we decided to try something interesting…

We captured the entire crossing in 3D using the Portal Cam from XGRIDS, and processed the scene inside SplatLabs.

Even with crowds everywhere during the capture, the system reconstructs a clean, highly detailed digital twin of the environment.

Look closely and you can see the detail in the buildings, billboards, streets, and sidewalks — all rendered in a navigable 3D scene.

This is the power of Gaussian Splatting for spatial capture.

Imagine walking through a 3D capture of a site and being able to click on any location to open a document, video, or note related to that exact spot.

That's what we've built with SplatLabs.

You can now attach:

• PDFs
• documents
• videos
• notes

directly inside a 3D Gaussian Splat environment.

Instead of digging through folders of files, everything lives inside the scene where it actually belongs.

This makes it much easier for teams working on construction, inspections, and digital twins to keep information organized and accessible.

We're excited to see how people start using this feature.
