Empty Balloons is always evolving and working in new digital mediums to express their vision. Originally only working with video production and photography, the avenues for creativity now include video projection and mapping, motion graphics, and graphic design.

Empty Balloons is the alter ego of Matt Ortlieb. The concept grew from a passion for underground, late-night, and off-center culture. Detroit Techno was also a strong influence, and remains so today.
