Hello!
My name is Tyler.
I have used technology from a young age, and grew a love for it. I started learning how the devices we use everyday work, inside and out. I found different careers with cellular providers, internet providers, and things of the like. During these years of interacting with many different communities, I came to realize that a large number of people in our communities do not know how to use the technology in their homes. There is a lack of understanding and this leads to people being scared to use the technology that is advancing around them.
I decided that I need to step up and take action to help teach our community how to be self-sufficient in being safe online and helping them understand the technology they use daily. This decision pushed me to start my business, Tyler's Tech Aid.
My goal is to help our community grow their confidence in using everyday household technology. If we can build confidence in using these tools, we can build a safer community.
My services are performed in-home. I will travel to you.
I will teach you how to use your devices the way you want to use them. I offer scam safety courses as well.
If you need a device diagnosed & repaired, I can assist as well.
I'm excited to serve the communities of Dubuque County, Jo Daviess County and Lafayette County.
