We’re excited to bring back the Bridge Project this summer for students in grades 8–10! This hands-on program introduces campers to bridge design and construction through a combination of building, research, and site visits, offering insight into how bridges are planned, built, and tested.

Working in teams, participants will tackle real-world challenges: selecting a site, designing a model bridge, and using data to make decisions about materials, foundations, construction methods, and environmental impact.

Along the way, students will develop practical engineering skills, strengthen teamwork and problem-solving abilities, and gain a meaningful introduction to civil engineering.

The program runs July 20–24. All levels welcome. Learn more & apply: https://bit.ly/3ne76VT

This summer, we are offering a number of cutting-edge programs that give students in grades 8–12 the opportunity to gain firsthand experience in topics related to regenerative medicine—the science of producing living cells, tissues, and organs that is transforming how diseases like heart disease, diabetes, cancer and osteoarthritis are treated. All experience levels welcome!

Programs Include:

• Molecular Visualization Project – Bring the invisible world of molecules to life using advanced 3D modeling tools, including virtual reality.

• Planaria Project – Study organisms with remarkable natural healing abilities and learn how scientists investigate biological renewal.

• Bioinformatics Project – Explore the intersection of biology and computer science to see how scientists use data, databases, and code to answer real-world biological questions.

• Cryopreservation Project – Investigate how cells and tissues used in regenerative medicine can be safely stored at ultra-low temperatures (–196 °C) using cryopreservation.

Our weeklong programs run between July 13–24. Enrollment is now open! Day and residential options. Need-based financial aid available. Learn more: bit.ly/381CyiF
