💥 LONG PRINT RUNS, COLOR CORRECTIONS & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! 💥

Yesterday was a busy day here at RJ Graphics & Design! We completed our longest single print order yet, which was a pretty exciting milestone for us! 💪

But not everything went perfectly, and we believe in being transparent about that, too.

We had another order go out where the colors weren't quite right, and unfortunately, we didn't catch the issue before the customer picked up their transfers and pressed them onto a shirt.

Once the customer reached out, we immediately got to work! We went through our RIP software, checked our color settings, made adjustments, and got the design printing correctly.

But we didn't stop at just replacing the transfers.

We reprinted the order AND pressed a brand-new shirt to replace the one our customer had already used! 👕

Why? Because we believe that when something goes wrong on our end, it's our responsibility to make it right if it is our fault.

We're not going to pretend mistakes never happen. Printing is a process, equipment requires adjustments, and sometimes things slip through. What matters most is how you handle those situations.

❤️ Customer satisfaction will ALWAYS be one of our biggest priorities.

We're constantly learning, improving, and pushing ourselves to provide better products and better service.

We're a small business, but we take our work and our customers seriously. Every order matters, whether it's one transfer or hundreds of feet of printing!

We appreciate every single person who trusts RJ Graphics & Design with their business. Your support means more than you know!
