JobsDone Labs I help 7–9 figure businesses leverage AI to make more money $

I fired my SEO company.

Not because they were bad. Because an agent does it now.

Keyword research, search intent, competitor gap analysis, drafting, internal linking — all of it runs as a job in the background while I’m doing something that actually matters.

I describe the topic. The agent pulls the data, structures the piece around what’s actually ranking, writes it in our voice, and queues it for review.

I was paying a retainer to wait on a content calendar. Now I’m the bottleneck only when I want to be.

Everyone’s still debating whether AI can write. Mine’s been publishing.

So this little “cr” badge showed up on one of my posts and I fell down a rabbit hole.

Every AI-generated image carries a hidden tag now. It’s called C2PA, and LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube all read it on their own. You don’t add it. You can’t easily kill it.

Here’s the part nobody mentions: the platforms swear the label doesn’t hurt your reach, and technically they’re right. What hurts is somebody seeing “AI generated” and scrolling. The algorithm just watches them scroll and takes the hint.

So that’s the move — real footage for anything that needs to feel real, AI for the stuff where nobody cares either way.

Read this if you’re done paying for software you only use 10% of.

You’ve got a CRM, a dialer, a scheduler, three spreadsheets, and a $4k/mo stack — and your team still does half the work by hand.

That’s not a software problem. It’s a one-size-fits-all problem.

Generic tools are built for the average business. So you end up bending your operation around someone else’s product instead of the other way around.

I do the opposite.

I come in, find the one thing actually bleeding your margin — the slow quotes, the leads going cold, the busywork eating your week — and build a system around that. Just that. Nothing you won’t use.

I run a freight brokerage. So I don’t build what looks good in a demo. I build what I’d want installed in my own shop.

One problem. One system. Zero shelfware.

👉 Comment “SYSTEM” or DM me and I’ll show you the exact bottleneck I’d fix first in your business — free teardown, no pitch.

I got an email this week that made me stop for a second.

Not because it broke anything.

Because it reminded me how many businesses are building critical operations on tools they don’t actually control.

One pricing change.
One policy change.
One account restriction.

And suddenly something your business depends on is gone.

That’s why I’ve become obsessed with building systems instead of dependencies.

The AI itself isn’t the moat.

The moat is the infrastructure around it.

The workflows.
The automations.
The dashboards.
The processes.
The knowledge.

The stuff that keeps running even when the underlying technology changes.

Most people are asking, “Which AI model should I use?”

I’m asking, “How do I build a business that gets stronger no matter which model wins?”

The companies that dominate the next decade won’t be the ones chasing every new AI release.

They’ll be the ones building systems that compound.

Swipe through.

The future is a lot closer than most people think.

Most people paying for Claude are paying for the wrong one.

If you’re using the chat app to “automate your business,” you’re using a $20/month tool to do a job it wasn’t built for.

The chat app answers questions. The API runs agents. Those aren’t the same thing.

Here’s the breakdown:
① Claude.ai — chat interface, $20/mo flat, can’t touch your data or your business.
② Claude Code — terminal tool, pay per token, great if you actually want to build.
③ Claude API — the foundation. $3 per million tokens on Sonnet. This is what every real AI agency, agent platform, and automation you’ve ever heard of is built on.

If you’re trying to build something inside your business, you’re on the wrong Claude. DM me “API” and I’ll send you the build doc.

Time to make this official.

Some of you already know what I’ve been up to, some of you don’t so here’s the news.

Over the past few weeks I’ve been sitting down with business owners: primarily service businesses, manufacturers, and logistics companies talking through how they communicate, how they run day to day, and where AI can actually help them scale to aquire more customers while also cutting down their payroll and software costs. A good handful of those conversations turned into clients (a few of you reading this included — thank you).

For each one I’ve built custom solutions made specifically for how their business actually operates. Not some off-the-shelf tool you bolt on. Real systems built around them. One example: an agent that lets a business send out a job, automatically pull pricing back from their suppliers, and fire off a finished, profitable quote in minutes instead of days. This workflow brought $15K additional per month to this company’s business after only 60 days.

My new website is officially live, and there’s a video on there that walks through exactly what I do.

I’m officially taking on more clients so if you want to check it out, or you know someone who should, I’d really love your support.

Hired 8 new employees today.

One of them is named Gandalf.

Meet the newest members of the BCAT team:

🧙 Gandalf — System Architect
🧝 Legolas — Sales & Marketing
🧔 Gimli — DevOps Engineer
👑 Aragorn — Finance & Operations
🍳 Sam — Frontend Developer
🧑‍💼 Frodo — Executive Operations
💍 Bilbo — QA & Code Review
👁️ Sauron — ICP Monitoring (long story)

Combined salary: $0

Combined tasks completed today: 1,929

None of them needed onboarding.

None of them asked where the SOPs are.

None of them scheduled a meeting that could’ve been an email.

I literally gave them names and put them to work.

Built the whole fellowship using Hermes and AI agents.

I don’t think AI replaces people.

I think it replaces all the work people never wanted to do in the first place.

Comment “LOTR” and I’ll send over the playbook showing how we built the team.

I figured out how to be in two places at once. 🧬

Not a metaphor. I literally built a copy of myself that writes in my exact voice — and it never sleeps, never gets writer’s block, and never stares at a blank page for 45 minutes.

Here’s the truth nobody tells you about writing:
You’re not slow because you’re a bad writer. You’re slow because you’re doing TWO jobs at once — thinking AND writing. Your brain is trying to figure out what to say while simultaneously figuring out how to say it.

So I separated them.

I captured my voice ONE time. Now I just think and direct — and my Claude clone does the heavy lifting. What used to take me 3 hours now takes 20 minutes. And it sounds more like me than when I write tired at 11pm.

The shift isn’t about speed. It’s about WHO does the heavy lifting.

I broke the entire system down into 22 steps 👆 Setup → Interview → Compile → Deploy. Save this post so you don’t lose it, because you’ll want to actually do it.

Comment “CLONE” and I’ll send you the full breakdown.

Would you clone your writing voice if you could? 👇

Airbnb’s CEO just said the quiet part out loud:

The people getting replaced first in the AI era aren’t blue collar workers.

It’s middle managers.
It’s operators who refuse to adapt.
It’s businesses still solving 2025 problems with 2015 systems.

Meanwhile…

The companies embracing AI right now are compressing entire departments into workflows that run 24/7 without excuses, delays, or payroll bloat.

This isn’t “future of work” anymore.

It’s current advantage.

And the gap between operators using AI and operators ignoring it is about to become permanent.

Most people will wait until it hurts.

The smart ones are building now.
