A full set of kilogram plates with change plates and a women’s Olympic lifting barbell😊 we hope you enjoy the new stuff and ask that you treat it with respect as we worked very hard to get it. Hey guys! If you need a couple more credits for winter term Oregon Tech is offering its Olympic Weightlifting class again next term! Its MTRF 1:30-2:50 and a fun way to get strong 💪🏼 also Oregon Tech barbell club usually meets close to class time so if you want to be involved in that, this is a great way too.
