- The ideal candidate will have experience in technical support, retail sales, and field service

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- 2+ years of experience in electronics repair or related field

- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Fargo, ND 58103: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Driver's License (Required)
Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops

- Provide technical support to customers in person or over the phone

- Perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner

- Keep accurate records of repairs and inventory

-Assist with retail sales as needed

- Conduct field service repairs at customer locations
