Lifehacker is always coming up with great solutions to life's daily dilemmas. Great Idea! Why buy new, untested equipment, when you can buy a quality built, 'pre-tested' USED laptop. Not only are you saving money and undue headaches on your purchase, but you can run FREE Operating Systems on it! & You're saving the planet all at the same time!!!

If mom, dad, or the government wants to supply a freshman with a brand-new laptop, that's fine. But don't let someone dig deeper into debt, or hoard their dough, for a new laptop. It's often, as one writer suggests, entirely unnecessary.

If you have a virus or fear that you have a virus, try this out. It just might help!
Call me if there are still problems and I will make sure the virus becomes a thing of the past!

Certain annoying types of malware stop your antivirus program from running (stopping you from removing the malware). If it's of the less intelligent variety, you can outsmart the virus by changing your antivirus apps' file extension to something besides .exe.
