May’s Bootcamp is officially in the books! 🎉

We had a packed class and a little taste of everything weather-wise — starting with classic Florida “wetlands” vibes and wrapping up with beautiful sunshine. ☀️

As always, Tawnia crushed it in the kitchen, and our students left with full stomachs, full brains, and their official 3D Lift Plan certifications.
