June has been a busy month for Egan Technology Services. From helping customers lower monthly expenses to improving phone systems, physical security, and connectivity, our focus continues to be simple: helping local businesses get dependable technology that works for them.
This month alone, we helped customers save over $9,000 per year on internet and phone services. In many cases, businesses were paying too much for outdated phone lines, unnecessary services, or internet plans that no longer matched their needs.

Customer Spotlight: Westek Engineering
This month, we’re excited to spotlight Westek Engineering, a professional engineering and surveying firm founded in 2003 by owner and founder Cliff A. West.
Westek provides dependable, high-quality professional services in civil engineering, environmental engineering, and land surveying. Their work includes site development, land planning, utility design, highway design, drainage and flood control, construction administration and inspection, storm water management, environmental engineering, surveying, and mapping services.
We recently had the opportunity to work with Westek to help lower their internet costs and modernize their phone system. Before moving to ETS phone services, Westek only had one phone line. Now, they have extensions for multiple employees and can answer calls from their cell phones using the WAVE app.

This Month’s Big Win: Over $9,000 in Annual Customer Savings
One of the things we enjoy most is helping customers find ways to reduce costs without reducing service.
This month alone, we helped customers save over $9,000 per year on internet and phone services. Some customers were paying for outdated phone lines. Others had internet plans that had increased over time or no longer fit their needs.
By reviewing bills, comparing available options, and helping customers move to better phone and internet solutions, we were able to lower monthly costs while also improving the way they communicate and stay connected.
For many businesses, phone and internet service is something they pay every month without thinking much about it. A quick review can sometimes uncover major savings.

Project Spotlight: Fleming County Covered Bridge Museum
This month, we’re proud to spotlight a project completed for the Fleming County Covered Bridge Museum.
Egan Technology Services replaced the museum’s aging security system with an updated solution that includes door alarms, motion detection, and fire/carbon monoxide detection. This upgrade will help better secure the building and provide additional peace of mind for those responsible for preserving and maintaining this important community space.
We also transitioned the museum from a traditional landline to ETS VoIP phone services, helping modernize their communication while reducing monthly costs. In addition, we provided building-wide Wi-Fi for staff and visitors to use throughout the facility.
We’re excited to see how these services will help the museum expand its community meeting room offerings for meetings, events, and local gatherings.
