We’re hiring: Sales Project Coordinator

Wisconsin Lighting Lab, Inc. is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused person to join our sales team in Fond du Lac, WI.

This is a great entry point into WiLL’s sales department for someone interested in building a long-term career in sales, project coordination, account management, or another customer-facing business role.

In this role, you’ll help support customer projects from initial inquiry through quoting, order coordination, production, shipment, and post-sale support. You’ll work closely with customers, contractors, distributors, sales team members, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, shipping, vendors, and customers to help keep projects moving.

Prior lighting experience is not required. Experience in customer service, sales support, manufacturing, distribution, construction, operations, order coordination, or hands-on work is a plus.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Organized and dependable
A clear communicator
Detail-oriented
Comfortable with technology
Proactive with follow-up
Calm under pressure
Curious about products and how things are made
Interested in learning, growing, and building a career with WiLL
