Grateful for Our First Customer’s Trust
We’re proud to have helped our very first customer with her PlayStation 5 that was shutting down after extended play sessions.
She initially suspected a failing power supply unit (PSU), as did we. However, after a thorough diagnostic evaluation, we determined the root cause was overheating due to dust buildup. Instead of replacing the PSU, we performed a complete deep cleaning of the original power supply unit the same day.
This approach not only resolved the issue effectively but also saved her both time and money. We’ve retained the new PSU as a spare part for any future needs.
