This week we wrapped up a phone system project for Volunteer Veterinary Clinic in Hendersonville.

Their office had been dealing with ongoing phone issues that were impacting day to day operations and patient communications. After troubleshooting the existing setup, we helped transition the clinic over to our hosted VoIP phone service while keeping their existing NEC phone system in place.

To help minimize downtime before the scheduled number port, we built a temporary workaround solution that restored reliable multi line calling for the office several days ahead of the final cutover.

Projects like this are a great reminder that good IT and telecom support is not always about replacing everything. Sometimes it is about thinking outside the box and finding the fastest path to getting a business operational again.

We appreciate the opportunity to help another local business and look forward to continuing to support the folks at Volunteer Veterinary Clinic.

Last week we wrapped up a full network refresh for Gallatin Country Club here in town.

We replaced some aging network hardware and upgraded their wireless infrastructure to improve WiFi coverage and overall performance across the property, especially heading into their busy season.

Everything is running smooth now and should be a noticeable improvement for both staff and members day to day.

If you haven’t been out there, it’s a great local spot, definitely worth checking out.

Shoutout to our partner, Tailored Network Solutions, for handling the cabling on this project, they always do solid work.
