I've spent a lot of time tweaking the website, changing offers, creating content and trying to figure out what I should do next.

And sometimes the answer isn't another idea.

It's getting clear on the basics again:

Who am I helping?
What do they need?
What am I offering?
Can they clearly see how to work with me?

I'm not starting over with Technically Tahquetta. I'm refocusing it.

And I'm taking y'all along while I do it.

Your website needs a job. 👀

And this weekend, I had to remind myself that mine does too.

I’ve been rebuilding Technically Tahquetta—not because I needed a prettier website, but because my business has grown and the way I explain what I do needed to catch up.

Websites are still at the center of my work. But I also help business owners make sense of the pieces *around* the website—their brand, digital tools, customer experience, and the systems that help everything work together.

So this weekend’s rebuild isn't just about changing pages.

It is about getting clearer on:

✔️ who I help
✔️ what I actually help them solve
✔️ how my services work together
✔️ and what job my website needs to do in the process

Because a website shouldn't just sit there looking professional.

**It needs a job.**

Mine? Make it clear what I do, show how I can help, and make the next step easy.

Sometimes the tech advice you need for your business isn’t “add this.”

Sometimes it’s delete that.

That app you signed up for because everybody was using it.
That platform you’re still paying for but barely open.
Those two tools doing the exact same job.
That system you’ve outgrown but keep using because you already spent time setting it up.

We talk a LOT about building a tech stack.

But sometimes the smartest thing you can do is clean it out.

Your business doesn’t need more tech just because more tech exists. It needs the right tools for how you operate now.

And yes…sometimes that means I’m going to tell you to cancel something. 😂

I'll ride a horse to the bank on this one!

Your social media, emails, newsletters, pdfs, etc.

Learn how to make them yourselves.

Canva, Affinity, Google Docs, Microsoft Word.
...and I say learn how to do them yourself first because what you learn yourself first...you can tell others later...even if it is creating an SOP through Ai or a trust business that creates those documents...

And if you're thinking, "I don't think I can afford that," I pray that you price for profit and always have the means in this area.
