I’m Albert, the founder of NextaWait, and also a restaurant owner, just like many of you.
I didn’t set out to build an app. I set out to solve a daily frustration in my own restaurant: the waitlist.
Between the paper lists, the shouting over the host stand, and the guests crowding the lobby (or worse, walking out), I knew there had to be a better way. I tried other apps, but most were too expensive. That just didn’t work for my restaurant.
