You have the answers within you - you’re just too distracted to hear it.

I spent the weekend on an at-home personal Retreat, ritualized with a full alter, meditations, journaling, reading, quiet, BEING.

No agenda. No expectation. Just intention.

This was everything I needed and everything I didn’t know I needed. I feel like me, inspired, clear, energized. I feel alive within myself and my own voice and intentions again.

We, too easily, get sucked in to the hustle, the noise, social media, our packed schedules, our growing to do lists, the day-to-day. We numb out and tune out our own voice.

Is how we’re actually spending our limited time actually what we truly want?
What are we ignoring?
What is your own voice calling you to do (or stop doing)?

You won’t find it stuck in your same habits and behaviors.

It arises when you slow way down, turn out all the noise, and sit in the quiet. When you tune within, and listen deeply - no judgement, no overthinking. Simply your own truth. Because it always knows - you know.

Managing EVERYTHING in 3 businesses while gone on a mini music gig tour 🎶

This weekend, I went from Aspen to Buena Visa to Liittleton for various music events. It was also the highest paying weekend I’ve ever had! 💰

I get asked all the time, how I manage everything.

Systems + Google Calendar + a lot of mindset work

To prep for this weekend, I had to plan ahead and be intentional with my week so that I felt good being able to step away for a 4-day weekend (of work lol). Which also meant, I needed to intentionally schedule in time-off where I could.

That meant, taking a Wednesday off, half Sunday, and the evening of Monday to take care of me. THIS is the most important thing I can schedule.

It also meant preparing my mindset to focus on being present, enjoying the gigs and time in the mountains, and letting go of the things on my to-do list that another part of me wants to get done.

Successfully running multiple businesses doesn’t look like consistency, repeatability, and structure. While you work to build those in, it also may look like busy or hustle seasons, rearranging priorities every week, record-breaking weekends and slow months, etc.

As a Multipassionate, your success and daily work will NOT look like anyone else’s. Many strategies that work for other’s won’t work for you.

But you KNOW you LOVE the work you do. You want to honor all of your multifaceted sides of you. And doing it all lights your soul on fire more than any job ever could.
