Happy Birthday to my dad, Jay “The Legend” Near!

From day one, he’s been my best business coach and one of my greatest encouragers. I grew up knowing that I could try anything because failure was never something to fear, as long as I gave it everything I had. Dad always taught us that “can’t means won’t,” so why not go for it?

I’ll never forget after college when I was panicking about my career and terrified I might fail. My dad looked at me and told me I would never fail as long as I tried my best. That kind of belief changes a person.

Between him and my mom, I’ve always had people in my corner cheering me on, pushing me to dream bigger, work harder, and take chances. My go-for-it attitude, determination, and guts absolutely came from him.

I love you, Dad. Happy Birthday to a true legend. 🖤

Yes I'm back😂...but this time at the SPARK Innovation & Growth Conferencr for entrepreneurs at Hagerstown Community College! 3 of my amazing clients were there, and 2 of them were speakers. Talk about a busy week! Today I attended one of my client's; Prime Time for Women's, 4 year walking anniversary event for their club. We had lunch and celebrated a 4 years of walking every week without missing. Tons of content grabbed and a great time had by all!

I will be back at Hagerstown Community College tomorrow capturing more content for another one of my client's who is speaking at the Spark! Conference!

Check out this awesome house tour that I created for my client in Myrtle Beach! They have 23 beach house properties that they manage, and I was able to create some really awesome walking tours that potential vacationers could see before they even stepped inside the doors.

My goal was to help drive traffic to the website for more bookings and create something that was more exciting than traditional real estate photos! So fun! 😍
