I think in shapes and space and color, etc...and their relation is a subtle balancing act. But when you arrive, you just know.

This is the most involved I’ve gotten with a chalk piece so far, and overall satisfied. Chalk can be tricky! Though it took me loads longer to complete than originally thought, it took as much time as it needed in the end. Big ups to Mesa tacos + tequila in Royal Oak for the opportunity. These desserts are a real sight to behold—go get one!
