I am hated.
You are hated.
These are not popularly posted phrases. But they are the truth, and we need to remember them so we stop forgetting who our real enemy is.
Our enemy’s name is Satan, and he hates you, and he hates me because we LOOK just like the one he hates the most: Our Creator, God.
Satan is the father of racism. He hates the entire human race.
And every time we hate each other because of how we look, we act just like our enemy. We fall right into his plan, we take up his weapons, and we do his work. We destroy each other, and he must just sit back and laugh.
Genesis 1 tells us that we, ALL OF US.....ALL. OF. US., were made in God’s beautiful image.
Genesis 3 tells us that thru us, the END of Satan would come.
So Satan began his attack to kill us all before he gets taken out. And the attacks are not over yet. And we see it manifesting in evil every single day.
This week it’s been magnified to a place beyond words too intense to describe.
I am loved.
You are loved.
These are popular phrases that are posted. And they need to be BELIEVED, because we need to remember that we have a Champion!
Our Champion’s name is Jesus, and He loves you, and He loves me, because we LOOK just like The One He loves the most: Our Creator, God.
God is the father of love, and He loves the ENTIRE human race.
And every time we love each other, we act just like Our Champion. We fall right into His plan, we pick up His tools, and we do the work He sets before us. We lift up each other, and He must just sit back with joy.
John 16:33 says,”in this world you will have troubles, but take heart, for I HAVE overcome this world.”
So God put His plan into action, to save us all. Jesus came and won the war, and we see glimpses of the victory every single day.
This week, the stories of victories weren’t highlighted as boldly as the stories of evil, but there were loads of love poured out in the streets of The Twin Cities regardless. People uniting, loving, supporting, repairing, encouraging, praying with, crying with, listening to, feeding, mending, cleaning with, protecting alongside, etc.
