Advanced Security Electronics and Advanced Construction Services is looking to hire a Project Manager/Operations Manager
Job Qualifications:
Must able to climb a ladder ( I mean climb past the second step), must be able to lift at least 80 lbs, clean driving record, no criminal record, pass a drug screen, pass a physical, no heart problems, excellent vision 20/20, bilingual (English/Spanish), have at least a bachelors degree in business management, at least 5 years construction management and/or project management experience, must be able to read blueprints, have common sense, electrical knowledge, must be able to read and write, must be willing to travel, no baby momma drama, no pending court cases, must be able to use a cell phone and computer, must be able to manage high pressure jobs, be on call, well rounded, must be wiling to put work before home life-
I understand emergencies but no leaving work to baby sit a girlfriend and/ or wife that has personal issues she can’t deal with on her own or has a history of mental problems
If your girlfriend or wife is on antidepressant medication or Paxil you will not be considered- I know first hand what it’s like to deal with someone on Paxil and a complete mental failure , no chemical addictions of any kind (you or your wife/girlfriend), when you are at work I am the boss not your wife and/or girlfriend, no smoking at work, must be a team player, must be a people person, must be calm mannered, must have good communication and writing skills , proof of at least 5 construction projects that you personally worked on and that can be verified, computer literate, ability to create spreadsheets, proficient with office 365 , ability to multitask, ability to run two companies, ability to back up at least a 25 ft. Gooseneck trailer, skilled at operating heavy machinery-Dozer, Skid-steer, Excavator, etc..
90 day probation period
Salary is 108k base plus all expenses paid, company furnished vehicle or vehicle allowance, gas card, company furnished cell phone, and company furnished laptop
